About Us
With 67 years of combined experience, Leland Garage Doors offers the highest quality service in the Tuscaloosa area. Leland Garage Doors is a three-generation, locally owned, and veteran-owned company.
Leland’s family moved to Tuscaloosa at age 12, where his dad was a coal miner. After graduating, Leland enlisted in the US Marine Corps. Once he returned, he developed his trade working for garage door companies in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. Then, in 2001, he and his father, also Leland, founded Leland Garage Doors.
His daughters, Britt and Savannah, have been there from the beginning.
After serving in the US Air Force, Britt came back to work for Leland Garage Doors full time. While today she serves as the manager of Leland Garage Doors, she has also served as a repair technician for the company.
Savannah, a full-time teacher, works part time as a technician during the summers.
